How can I be certain that this will really help an athlete’s performance?

• We have consistantly helped dozens of athletes significantly improve their performance and
level of play through our unique and innovative training methonds. It is for that reason that
we can confidently offer a 100% client satisfaction guarantee and will gladly refund your
entire investment if you are not performing better in 12 weeks.

When can new clients start?

• New clients can start at any time. All memberships do have to begin at the beginning of the
month so if you would like to start early we can prorate the remaining of the month you would
like to get started in and have your membership start at the beginning of the following month.
Ex: If you started at the beginning of week 2 in October then the program would be prorated
for week 2-4 and whatever membership you purchased would then start at the beginning
of the next program in November.
• We do this because approximately every 4 weeks the program changes and then progresses
throughout that month. Anyone wishing to do only 1 month would not receive the most benefit
by starting half way through an existing program, and any athlete doing 3+ months would lose
out by ending in the middle of a progession.

Do they have to be assessed?

• Yes, although the Movement Efficiency Assessment does not have to be completed prior to the
athletes start of the program, the assessment must be scheduled prior to their start.
• We now require all athletes starting a program to go through our private MEA where we can
focus on them and them alone 100% of the time to ultimately accelerate their results by
removing the brakes or lid on their performance potential; address any inefficient movement
mechanics that will limit optimal performance and likely lead to injury, reduce and/or eliminate
any current pain, and to properly assess their current performance Level and any drill
modifications they may need throughout the program.
• Through this assessment alone we have had numerous athletes increase their vertical jump up
to 4”, improve their range of motion, strength and speed after just a couple minutes of drills
that removed the brakes or lid on their performance potential. 4” is a significant improvement
in explosiveness which would also correlate with improved 1” step quickness and speed.

Are there any make-up sessions?
• Yes, allowable make-up sessions are as follows for the programs listed below:
o 1 month membership – Make-up sessions = 2, must be made up during the month they
were missed while athlete has an active membership
o 3 month membership – Make-up sessions = 3, must be made up during the month they
were missed
o 6 month membership – Make-up sessions = Unlimited, any missed sessions can be made up
anytime during the membership so long as the membership is active and current
o 12 month membership – Make-up sessions = Same as 6 month membership
o Note: Make-up sessions can be done with another training class, assuming there is space
available, or the athlete may come on their own and follow the program under our
supervision at any time we have staffed hours.

If I would like to make a long-term commitment for better results what if our schedule changes and I can’t make any sessions?
• In addition to the make-up sessions available clients can also freeze their membership for
whatever reason for a length of time allowable for that membership. See below:
o 3 mo. membership – 1 week freeze according to client agreement
o 6 mo. membership – 2 week freeze
o 12 mo. membership – 1 month freeze

What if my child is at a higher or lower level than the other athletes in the group, will anything be modified to suit their needs?
• Yes, one of the purposes of our Movement Efficiency Assessment is to accurately gauge the
appropriate level the athlete being assessed should be at. The level we dictate (Level I, II, or
III) will determine any exercise modifications or progressions needed to meet the athlete at
their level – be it higher or lower.
