Sports Performance Training
We provide premier instruction and programs for all sports in a fun, motivational and result driven training environment.  Each athlete has the choice of engaging in a sport-specific program that is specific to the demands of their sport or getting involved in a multi-sport program that is specific to improving those qualities needed to perform at a high level in various sports.  Our comprehensive and progressive programs provide instruction in proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, multi-directional speed development and 1st step quickness, agility, footwork, explosive power development, and strength training.
This training is offered as a private service, semi-private with 2-6 athletes, group or team setting.

Summer Performance Camps

Our summer camps include both a speed camp and volleyball specific performance camp.

Our Speed performance camp primarily focus’s on improving those qualities needed to perform at a high level in various sports such as multi-directional 1st step quickness, explosiveness, speed, agility, reaction time and general conditioning.  As with all of our sports performance training we accomplish the above goals through our 3 step TREO system.

Our Volleyball specific performance camp focus’s on improving those qualities needed to perform at a high level in volleyball such as multi-directional 1st step quickness, vertical jump, reaction time, hitting power, and general conditioning.  All movements and drills are specific to both offensive and defensive positions and are designed to significantly enhance the on court performance of every athlete.

Being a great athlete extends way beyond the court or field. Our educational seminars provide information for coaches, parents and athletes about nutrition, and various sports performance related topics including proper sport-specific warm-ups, speed and explosive power development, recovery to give the athlete an advantage over their opponents in every area of the game and so much more.

Fitness

Our educational seminars for fitness cover all kinds of topics that relate to the general population in their everyday life. We talk about injury prevention, core strength, nutrition, getting past plateaus and many more. Our goal is to empower the fitness enthusiast with the tools they need to reach the goals they have set for themselves and to encounter as few setbacks as possible.

Corporate Wellness Programs
What could be better than “on the job” fitness training? We offer services to corporations that provide an onsite exercise facility. We will work with employees to reach their fitness goals in a very functional way by increasing core strength to improve posture, decrease lower back pain and increase energy, becoming better and more efficient at their job while attaining their specific health and fitness goals.
